Why the area is bounded.
One person can only cover so much ground before he stops being reliable. Keeping the service area tight means when you call, you're not gambling on whether we can actually get to you the same day — most of the time we can. It also means we know these neighborhoods and these houses. The internet provider quirks. The developments with the private streets. The community wells that go out during a storm. All of that matters, and none of it works if you're a stranger in town.
What "extended" means.
A couple of communities sit just outside the normal area but still make sense on the right kind of job. We'll take those calls — we'll just tell you upfront what the travel piece adds so it's never a surprise on the invoice.
And if you're farther out than that.
Jacksonville, Palm Coast, Daytona — we're not the right call. We'll still pick up if you dial, and we'll do our best to point you toward somebody local to you. That's a full service, not a "no."
