Six things can happen when you call.
You always know which one before you hang up. That's the whole system, and it's the thing that makes this business different from any other number you might dial.
Most local businesses only really sell you on one outcome — they show up, they do the thing, you pay. That works fine when your problem is obvious and clearly belongs to them. It doesn't work at all when you're standing in your kitchen looking at a broken something and you don't even know what kind of person you're supposed to be calling.
So we made the outcomes explicit. Each one is a legitimate, honest ending to a phone call. None of them is a failure. When you get off the phone with us, you'll know: what's actually going on, what happens next, and who's handling it — even if the honest answer is "not us, and here's who instead."

Why "Decline" gets equal billing.
A "no" from us is never a dead end — it always comes with a reason and a next step. That takes the weight off the phone call. You don't have to worry about whether we're going to try to sell you something you don't need, or take a job we shouldn't. If it's not right for us, we'll say so, and we'll tell you who to call instead.
That's it. That's the whole framework. Everything else about this business — the pricing, the hours, the referrals — is just how these six outcomes get delivered.
