This isn't a company with a team. It's Marc. When you call, Marc picks up. When Marc pulls into your driveway, he's the same person you talked to on the phone. That's the whole business — and it's staying that way on purpose.

The Yes Man started because Marc kept getting the same kind of phone call from friends, neighbors, and people who got his number from a friend of a friend. It was almost never a plumber problem, or an IT problem, or an anything problem with a clean name. It was just — something stopped working, or something needed doing, and I don't know who to ask.
Turns out that gap — the space between "clearly needs a specialist" and "I'll figure it out myself" — is where most of the real, everyday frustration in a house lives. And most people, most of the time, would rather pay a fair price and have it handled than spend a Saturday down a YouTube rabbit hole trying to fix something that isn't really their job to know about.
So that's what this is. One person, one truck, one phone. No memberships, no team, no upselling. If it's within what Marc can honestly do well, he does it. If it isn't, he says so and points you to who to call instead. That's the whole system.
